Mayroad is the new company that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at your base. Mayroad brings tremendous experience, with over 20 years in government partnerships, and a new perspective to the Air Force portfolio and the MHPI industry. The team members that you have come to know and rely on will remain unchanged and continue to provide you excellent customer service.

The Mayroad leadership have been involved in military housing for over 20 years. They have also been actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the six Air Force installations known as the Continental Group. In addition, all onsite employees are transferring to Mayroad as part of the transaction.
All maintenance technicians will be wearing a new Mayroad colored polo and will have a new Mayroad identification badge. If you are ever in doubt, please contact your community center and we can confirm they are a company representative.
All work orders will transfer to Mayroad. If you are wondering about the status of an outstanding work order, please contact your community center.
The service order submission process remains the same – you may choose to do so by calling the community center (this phone number will remain the same), emailing the community center (e-mail addresses will now end in @themayroad.com), or logging onto your resident portal (this can be accessed by visiting your community page at www.themayroad.com.
