Raleigh, N.C. [August 20, 2024] – Once again, Mayroad's team of exceptional property management professionals have secured the top ranking in the Air Force Family Housing Resident Satisfaction survey, for the fifth consecutive year. The 2024 DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey results highlight Mayroad's continued dedication to providing exceptional service, with all six of its installations ranking in the top 20 out of 67 Air Force locations.

Mayroad's portfolio achieved the highest scores in property score, service score, and response rate categories, solidifying its position as a leader in on-base housing management.

Key Survey Highlights:

● Seymour Johnson AFB was once again recognized as the best-performing installation in the Mayroad portfolio. This base has consistently set the standard for excellence, ranking in the top three Air Force locations.

● McConnell AFB reported the highest response rate among all installations at an impressive 64.5%, reflecting strong resident engagement and satisfaction.

● Eglin AFB saw a significant increase in overall satisfaction, rising 8 points from the previous year, with a response rate increase of 31% to 58.7%.

● All six Mayroad installations—Seymour Johnson AFB, McConnell AFB, Hurlburt Field AFB, Edwards AFB, Eglin AFB, and Eielson AFB—were ranked within the top 20 of all Air Force locations.

Of the services ranked in the survey, residents awarded Mayroad the highest scores in Quality of Maintenance Services, Readiness to Solve Problems, and Quality of Leasing Services. “These top rankings are a direct result of our team’s culture of service,” said Sharon Shores, Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Property Operations at Mayroad. “Our commitment to excellence is part of our DNA, and we are privileged to serve the families of the United States Air Force. Mayroad’s Seymour Johnson AFB, Hurlburt Field, McConnell AFB, and Edwards AFB each received the prestigious CEL Crystal Service Award for the fourth consecutive year. This award highlights installations that achieve a service score of 85 or higher and obtain a response rate of 20% or higher, reflecting the highest level of service quality and resident satisfaction.
