RALEIGH, N.C. (March 3, 2025) – The Air Force and Mayroad continue to put resident feedback at the forefront of our mission to enhance on-base housing facilities and services. Beginning today, Monday, March 3, 2025, the 2025 DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be available to residents who moved in before January 16, 2025, and will remain open through May 1, 2025. Residents should check their email for a survey link sent from AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com. All responses are strictly confidential, and the survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete.

“This year’s survey is another essential opportunity for us to learn directly from our residents,” said Sharon Shores, Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Property Operations at Mayroad. “Your valuable feedback informs our operational improvements and reinforces our commitment to service excellence. Building on our success from last year—when Mayroad was ranked #1 in the Air Force Family Housing Resident Satisfaction Survey for the fifth consecutive year—we are eager to continue this dialogue and further enhance our community.”

CEL & Associates Inc. (CEL), an independent third-party organization, will once again administer the survey. As before, by completing the survey, residents will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $250 gift card every week. In addition, there will be a grand prize drawing at each installation for $750 off June's rent. All survey participants will be entered to win. Winners will be selected at random by CEL and notified by the Mayroad team.

Last year’s survey results underscored Mayroad’s dedication to excellence: • All six Mayroad installations ranked in the top 20 of 67 Air Force locations. • Seymour Johnson AFB consistently set the benchmark for exceptional service. • McConnell AFB achieved an impressive 64.5% response rate, reflecting strong resident engagement. • Eglin AFB experienced an 8-point increase in overall satisfaction, with its response rate rising to 58.7%.

Heath Burleson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mayroad, remarked, “We are incredibly honored by the recognition we received from our residents last year. Our continued top ranking is a testament to the dedication of our teams, and it inspires us to keep exceeding expectations in every interaction.”

Residents who do not receive a survey link have several ways of receiving one:

  1. Visit https://optin.celsurvey.com/optin/ to request a copy via text.
  2. Email AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com with the installation name and home address to request a copy via email.
  3. Contact the local Military Housing Office and/or Mayroad community office for additional support. Please note that only one survey link is sent to the primary email address on file (or via text, if enrolled), and the link may sometimes be found in the junk email folder.

Mayroad remains committed to providing outstanding on-base housing management and service excellence. Your participation in the 2025 DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey is critical in helping us continue to serve the families of the United States Air Force with pride and dedication.
