RALEIGH, N.C. (March 4, 2024) - The Air Force and Mayroad value your feedback to improve base housing facilities and residential service. Beginning today, Monday, March 4, 2024, the 2024 DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be available to residents who moved in before January 16, 2024. Check your email for the link to the survey from AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com. All survey answers are strictly confidential, and it takes less than 15 minutes to complete.

“The annual DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey remains a pivotal channel for feedback from our residents in 2024,” stated Sharon Shores, Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Property Operations at Mayroad. “These survey responses continue to play a crucial role in our year-over-year planning, offering valuable insights for enhancing customer service on a community level. We are grateful for our engaged resident base, which has ranked us number one in customer satisfaction for the last four years. We appreciate the time you take out of your day to complete this survey.”

CEL & Associates Inc. (CEL), an independent, third-party group, administers the survey. By completing the survey, residents will automatically be entered in the drawing to win a $150 gift card throughout the survey period. New this year, all participants from across the Mayroad portfolio will be entered to win $750 off one month's rent at survey completion. Winners are randomly selected by CEL and will be notified by the Mayroad team.

On an annual basis, CEL administers the DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey on behalf of the Air Force and uses standardized questions across all military departments and housing types for residents to provide feedback on housing operations, services, and facilities. Based on resident feedback, the Crystal Service Award reflects the highest level and quality of service across thousands of properties. It requires a minimum satisfaction score of 85% with a response rate of 20% or higher. Several Mayroad bases have received the distinguished honor over the years.

Residents who do not receive a survey should contact  AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com with their installation name and home address. The local Military Housing Office and Mayroad community offices can assist with any concerns. Before reaching out to CEL & Associates, please note that only one survey link is sent to the primary email address on file or via text if the resident signed up for that feature, and it can sometimes end up in the junk email folder.
