Select homes within Hidden Oaks will undergo an extensive renovation to create more comfortable and contemporary living spaces tailored for today's modern Air Force families. The renovations are expected to take approximately three months per home. The project began in June 2024, with a target completion date of July 2026.

Phased Approach:

The renovation will follow a phased approach, beginning with vacant homes in the Hidden Oaks community. You may have noticed our "coming soon" signs, indicating the start of this exciting transformation. This initial phase will help us streamline the process and establish a clear blueprint for subsequent stages.

In 2024, we will identify residents willing to vacate their unrenovated homes and transfer to newly renovated homes within Hidden Oaks. We understand this transition may bring questions and we will provide detailed information on relocation opportunities as the time approaches.
